This page explains how to permanently delete your DollarSeeds account and the personal and financial data associated with it, what is removed, and what may be retained.
Delete your account in the app
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly within the app:
- Open the DollarSeeds app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Type
DELETEto confirm.
Once confirmed, your account is deleted immediately. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Can't access the app?
You can also request deletion by emailing lucasquality555@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, and we will process it for you.
What data is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and all financial data you entered, including your income and expense records, savings balances and transactions, savings goals, and budget settings.
What data may be retained
Your account and its financial records are removed from our database within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Pseudonymous analytics and crash diagnostics that contain no financial figures are retained on a rolling basis according to our providers' standard retention periods.
